Safety Above All Else

At B-G, safety is our top priority. Under the direction of Construction Safety Services, Inc., an independent consulting firm that monitors our programs, we have steadily improved. We measure and reward individual achievement through an annual safety awards banquet. Job sites hold weekly "tool box safety meetings", where a weekly topic is presented, and input from the craftsmen on ways to improve performance is strongly encouraged. Recognition is accorded for injury-free days to each qualifying job site. Our goal is "zero injuries."
