Chiller Service

In 1993 B-G Mechanical Service, Inc. purchased Heat Removal, Inc. With the acquisition of Heat Removal, Inc. we gained over twenty years experience in the service and maintenance of large centrifugal and steam absorption chillers. Heat Removal employed factory trained mechanics and brought in a core customer base for this type of equipment.

Over the past three years we have expanded the business. Several of our employees have attended factory seminars and gained hands on experience working on large chillers. We now service over 45,000 tons of chillers and are continually expanding our customer base geographically. For example we now have contracts for multiple chillers at the University of Massachusetts, where we service ALL the large chillers, and Norwich State Hospital in Norwich CT.

B-G Mechanical Service offers an alternative to owners who, in the past, had to rely solely on equipment manufacturers. Unlike manufacturers, we can offer full service on the entire heating and mechanical system including temperature controls. We offer superior service at rates more competitive than the chiller manufacturers.
